The Deloitte Banking Pathways Academy is a 2 to 3 week training course with a wide range of Investment Banking Operations, Project Management and Technology topics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about working in Investment Banking, acquire new skills, gain industry insights and network.
On successful completion of the Academy we seek to provide the opportunity for you to join the Deloitte Operations team working at a Tier 1 Bank.

Academy Assessment
‘Ready to Deploy’ based on performance during the academy including two exams, an interview and group presentations.

On successful completion of the Academy we seek to provide the opportunity for you to join the Deloitte Operations team working at a Tier 1 Bank (subject to client demand).

Once the first rotation has been completed you may have the opportunity to:
- Continue with Deloitte Operations on another engagement
- To join the bank on a permanent basis
